Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Ratings on HT ABANCA RMBS I, Fondo de Titulización and HT ABANCA RMBS II, Fondo de Titulización

DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its AAA (sf) credit ratings on the Series A and Class A Notes (together, the Notes) issued by HT ABANCA RMBS I, Fondo de Titulización and HT ABANCA RMBS II, Fondo de Titulizacion, respectively.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Notes in both transactions on the 18 November 2024 payment date. Prior to their repayment in full, the outstanding principal balances of the respective Series A and Class A Notes were as follows:

HT ABANCA RMBS I, Fondo de Titulización: EUR 227,182,968.00
HT ABANCA RMBS II, Fondo de Titulizacion: EUR 305,750,874.00

The principal methodology applicable to the credit ratings is "Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology" (19 November 2024) https://dbrs.morningstar.com/research/443204.

In Morningstar DBRS' opinion, a Discontinued-Repaid credit rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology.
