Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Ratings on CR VOLTERRA 2 SPV S.r.l.

DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its credit ratings on the Class A (2013) Notes, Class A (2016) Notes and Class M (2016) Notes (together, the rated notes) issued by CR VOLTERRA 2 SPV S.r.l.

The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the rated notes on the 27 November 2024 payment date following transaction unwinding. Prior to their repayment in full, the credit ratings and the outstanding principal balances of the rated notes were as follows:

-- Class A (2013) Notes rated at AAA (sf); EUR 37,642.23
-- Class A (2016) Notes rated at AAA (sf); EUR 58,207.82
-- Class M (2016) Notes rated at AAA (sf); EUR 18,300,000.00

The principal methodology applicable to the credit ratings is Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology (19 November 2024) https://dbrs.morningstar.com/research/443204.

In Morningstar DBRS' opinion, a Discontinued-Repaid credit rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology.
