DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) upgraded Parpública - Participações Públicas (SGPS - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais), S.A's Long-Term Issuer Rating to A (high) from "A" and changed the trend to Stable from Positive. At the same time, Morningstar DBRS upgraded Parpública's Short-Term Issuer Rating to R-1 (middle) from R-1 (low) and changed the trend to Stable from Positive.
