Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Ratings on Colt SPV S.r.l.

DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its credit ratings on the Class A, A-2, B and B-2 Notes (together, the notes) issued by Colt SPV S.r.l (SME) as the notes were fully redeemed on 24 February 2025 payment date. This concluded Morningstar DBRS' surveillance of this transaction.

Prior to their repayment, the credit ratings and the outstanding principal balance on the notes were as follows:
-- Class A notes rated at AAA (sf); EUR 105,106,421.25
-- Class A-2 notes rated at AAA (sf); EUR 42,115,653.38
-- Class B notes rated at BBB (high) (sf); EUR 79,100,000.00
-- Class B-2 notes rated at BBB (high) (sf); EUR 20,300,000.00

The principal methodology applicable to the credit rating is: "Rating CLOs Backed by Loans to European SMEs" (19 November 2024), https://dbrs.morningstar.com/research/443198.

In Morningstar DBRS' opinion, a Discontinued-Repaid credit rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology.
