Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Rating on Autonoria Spain 2019, FT

DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its credit ratings on the Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C, Class D Notes, Class E Notes, Class F Notes and Class G Notes (together, the Rated Notes) issued by Autonoria Spain 2019, FT

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Notes following the exercise of the Clean-up Purchase Option Notice on the 26 May 2025 payment date. Prior to their repayment in full, the credit ratings and the outstanding principal balances of the Rated Notes were as follows: 

-- Class A Notes rated AAA (sf); EUR 74,385,294.00
-- Class B Notes rated AA (high) (sf); EUR 3,031,353.00
-- Class C Notes rated AA (sf); EUR 5,557,480.50
-- Class D Notes rated A (low) (sf); EUR 5,557,480.50
-- Class E Notes rated BBB (sf); EUR 2,020,902.00
-- Class F Notes rated BB (low) (sf); EUR 2,526,127.50
-- Class G Notes rated C (sf); EUR 2,526,127.50

The principal methodology applicable to the credit ratings is: "Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology" (04 February, 2025) https://dbrs.morningstar.com/research/447080.

In Morningstar DBRS' opinion, a Discontinued-Repaid credit rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology.
