Morningstar DBRS Updates Transaction Summary 86 of STABLE Trust and SURE Trust

DBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) released an updated transaction summary report that provides details on Transaction 86 in STABLE Trust and SURE Trust, which consists of a portfolio of retail auto lease receivable contracts and related leased vehicles (passenger cars, compact-utility vehicles (CUVs), sport-utility vehicles (SUVs), and light trucks) originated by a captive auto finance company operating in Canada. The update reflects amendments to the transaction agreements, which include among other things, an increase in the commitment amount, an increase in enhancement and the addition of SOUND Trust and SAFE Trust as Conduit Lenders.
